    Currently the archiving features/capabilities are available only when using Notes Client or iNotes. We are implementing VOP at a customer company and the customer is asking for these features/capabilities on VOP as well.

    Add Archiving selected emails in Verse

    Allow a user to archive email from HCL Verse Web, via the 'archive selected mails', or just triggering the archiving criteria on the server. That would make Verse closer to iNotes in terms of features.

    In Verse, needs the ability to copy emails between mailboxes. For example, it would be another user's mailbox. Or it could be an archive of a mailbox.

    Drag and drop mail to online archive from iNotes

    When accessing iNotes, we found drag and drop email to archive never works on iNotes, but the same is working on HCL Verse (On-Premises). We want this functionality to be enabled on iNotes as well.

    Verse mail-in-databases: It is not possible to open archive databases belonging to secondary mailbox or mail in databases

    Enabling index search on Archive DB from Verse

    On the DB Archive the user can't enable index search. The user must enable search only iNotes interface

    Pls enable local archiving feature

    Verse on premise is good product and easy and friendly to use. However one disadvantage is no archiving feature. Kindly Do look into Local Archiving feature as priority pls.
