Add Bootstrap 4 support for XPages

Add support for Bootstrap 4 in XPages like Bootstrap 3 is supported.

Allow JAR files to be used in Java agents

Currently we use JAR files in XPages but cannot use the same JAR in a Java agent without copying it but it won’t work anyways because of a memory leak bug when using JAR in a Java agent. One JAR file should be usable from XPages code and Java agents.

Make Sametime Limited simple to install and handle, and more features.

Sametime v10/v11 Users to Be Able to Delete Specific Chat History While the Persistent Chat Is Enabled

It would be very helpful for end users to have the capability to delete and managed their own chat history. This is not something that can be done as of the moment without disabling the Persistent chat feature for the user, which is not convenient...

Allow Xpages without Dojo

I don't have the need for dojo integration in Xpages applications all the time. If I use the Bootstrap theme, it makes sence to use Bootstrap or JQuery controls. In general, we should be able to choose if we want to download Dojo js and css files.

Remove Websphere and DB2 for Sametime

Please remove Websphere for Sametime. If not possible, Remove Websphere Network deployment ---> WebSphere Liberty Profile on a docker container Remove DB2 --> Free SQL solution on a docker container or move to mongodb

Load the chat client in the background, not blocking the user's work

It's great that the chat client loads the open conversions on startup, but not, it's blocking the user to work. Move this process to the background, allowing the user to continue, while the chat clients start and load the open conversations.
