Apply a Tahoe-compatible icon for Notes

While Tahoe's icon style isn't good, it is the platform style, and so Notes should adapt to it. 14.5.1 didn't do so, but this should be addressed in short order. In the mean time, the icon is in "squircle jail" until the startup process changes it...
