Make Notes/Domino free for companies with under 10 or 20 or even 50 users

in every version of domino, notes.ini gets new parameters and some of them depreceated. to edit notes.ini finding updated documentation is not easy. for new starters notes.ini is a nightmare..

the client richtext isn’t modern and is very limited
1. Show more than 255 fields
2. Show fields in alphabetical order
3. Allow sorting of variables/objects in alphabetical order
4. Add a 'Watch' tab where we can add variables/objects to keep an eye on their values
