    Fix Notes Agent Hang. No NSD -kill

    Many time notes agent was hang and can not restart agent. NSD -kill was solution to end task of agent process.

    Out-of-office logs (Service Type)

    By default, we cannot see any logs pertaining to OOO when it is enabled or disabled or if any issue happened while it was enabled. Having a log record to show what happened will help us identify what caused any OOO related issues.
