Room reservation notification for receptionist

Could be good to have a default notification for the receptionist when the are any room reservations. I have this request since many years ... but at the moment people need to put her in BCC

when we encrypt the network data on a Notes port on a Domino server, and when a client talks to a Domino server or a Domino sever replicates with another Domino server, do we tell how strong this encryption is??

Multiple files attachment for Sametime chat

If attaching a file with a decent size, it will require some time to load and be submitted. Multiple file attachment can lessen the effort of manually attaching and will just put the attachments on queue.
