Notification for "other" user listed on the "Who:" list when working with To Do's.

When working with To Do, if the chairperon creates and assigns others from the "Who:" field, there is no popup for the others specified on the list. Only the chairperson receives the popup alarm.

Having to explain the need for enabling PIRC to individuals is problematic, if its enabled on the Server it should automatically be enabled on the client side on a replica to prevent the client potentially having ghost documents.

(Relates to mail file) When searching a view by field name, the list contains the English field names. As a user I would expect them to be in my (or the clients) language (Subject vs. Betreff).
