Moving my computer to a different room while on a Sametime meeting causes loss of connection

While on a Sametime meeting, when I move my computer to a different room/office (10 - 20 feet away), the connection is lost. This is on a very stable wifi connection and does not happen with GoToMeeting. Can the connectivity be more resilient when...

Disable Guest Access

Enterprise customers do not use guest access for internal use due to lack of audit ability. The current room entrance UI is designed for mainly guest. Switch to disable guest ui (and to display authenticated login panel instead) is required.

Recent use devices in meeting setting

In Sametime Meeting setting, can choose Camera, Mic, Speaker. Every meeting default OS devices are set. Saved recent use devices are friendly to use.
