Fix Notes Agent Hang. No NSD -kill

Many time notes agent was hang and can not restart agent. NSD -kill was solution to end task of agent process.

End user my change unread color in mail using Basis Notes client

In Standard Notes client, end user may change the unread color in mail. But from customer side, there are 400 thousand end users are using Basic Notes Client, so customer hope they can also change the unread color in mail from Basic Notes Client.

Recertification of user.id and server.id during recertifying org cert id

After recertifying org cert id currently need to recertify the user.id and server.id manually. It is expected that User.Ids and Server.Ids might update theirselves like the [OU] Ids.
