Defaulted initial & multi-colored photo box for Sametime rich client users who are not setting photos.

Not easy for users to understand how to make email search with AND , OR , + ....

Maybe add a better way to display the different options when you type a search ... display the possible formulas ... Include a link to give more informations how to make search ?

Today Verse switch to iNotes for Contacts & To Do's... Same is that the mail history must be configurable as long as the Admin / User wants to keep.

Does not really make sense to have a connection document to something not existing (at least generates questens not useful) I would like to add, that me personally I would love a shared Infrastructure for Notes content/traffic again - e.g. a place...

Currently users can download and print the attachment. For security purpose some customers want to restrict this, So there is a feature request to allow administrator to restrict downloading and printing of attachments in Notes Client and iNotes.

File Import : Provide CSV/Text file import dialog in order to map to Notes field.

Currently we have to make view for CSV import or make col file for text import in order to import and map to Notes fields. Please provide CSV/Text file import dialog in order to map to Notes field. the col file is too old style.
