Improve the Install/Upgrade process

Notes MUI interface language is not changing in some options when changing to a different language under User Preferences.

The current workaround to get all the interface language to the desired language is to uninstall the client and remove the bookmark.nsf and bookmark.ntf. This issue is also reported in Software Problem Report NFROD3QU8X

In Theme Notes 11-Motive should be in the Mail Db the Mini View in same status like on last file close.

It was very helpful in Theme Notes 9-Motive, that the Mini View is viewed in the same manner as the mail file was closed. I am missing it in the Notes 11-Motive. It would be in according to the behaviour for the Folders.
