Adding to the above requirement, is it possible to control that the DB icon is not added in the workspace. When accessing other user mail files/calendars by following the below steps.
i. In the inbox by click on "Other mail" --> " Open other Mail"
ii. Now search for the user in " Find names starting with" and click on ok.
iii. Database will be opened and the icon will be created in the workspace.
Or by using "ctrl+0" accessing another user database
That’s the idea. You don’t need to find those databases. Most likely they are supporting databases for a ‘main’ database,
How would you find the other databases then?
