Developers support : Provide Domino server, Designer & FP/IF for developers(include personal use) without fee.

Developers , who are not members of BP , can't get latest Domino server , Designer , and FP/IF via the IBM support web. Please provide the latest version for developers(include personal developers) .

allow compact to run before Domino is started

have the ability (perhaps a switch in NOTES.INI) that allows us to select LOG.NSF and NAMES.NSF (or perhaps other NSFs) to compact prior to the service start.

DAOS - Get a list of all the nlos that contain the attachments of a single database.

It would be useful to know which NLOs contain the attachments of a single database to be able to see the database as a whole, especially for troubleshooting after a restore. It should work like the nlo missing command but listing the existing ones.

Exclude nonexistent/invalid resources from xpage resource aggregation in v10, similar to how it does in R9
