    Reduce replication conflict and improve lock record

    Some application serious about replication conflict. It should be config for online mode to avoid replication conflict or can lock record like rdbms.

    DJX Admin Tool : Don't create mail file name and ID file name using 8.3 file format.

    DJX Admin Tool always translate mail file name and ID file name with 8.3 format from short name when we create new user registration request. Now Windows accept long file name, please don't use 8.3 file format. 8.3 file format is too old.
