    Allow Notes Client to use connections via TLS for IMAP protocol

    The new Notes Client version (v10) already allows to use connections via TLS on Notes Client for SMTP protocol. However for IMAP protocol this is not possible because the option "STARTTLS" is not available so far. Can you guys add the same options...
