Option to change archive name display

This will provide an option to the user to change the displayed archive name.

Mail rules view should have Creation Date, Last Enabled, Last Disabled as columns and be able to sort on them

It would be useful to be able to determine when a rule was created, when enabled, and when it was disabled. Those date/times could be added as columns in the mail rules view and be able to sort on them. thanks clem
