We feel the need for a database that collects changes made by mail administrators.

Not all the changes made are needed but at least those made in names.nsf.

This database will then be delegated to the supervisor who will assess the impact and authorship of the changes made and will recognize the responsibility of the administrator who made them.

In your opinion, there is already a third-party application that does this

or

do you have this functionality in the roadmap?

I add that, the Italian privacy law extends the GDPR, with precise log collection recommendations on the work of system administrators

Furthermore, the domino team is expanding and changes are not always evaluated as a team before being carried out.
