I mean that no code application wizard and end user can create starter application by themself 1-2-3. Some concept like word press starter template by selected theme to create starter application and they can adjust or modify code on pc or mobile that they want after create an application.
While I agree that you should be able to code your Domino Application using whatever platform (or GUI) that you choose, I personally don't think that mobile has enough screen real estate to do any in-depth work in code. Maybe you could elaborate on how you would use such designer on mobile ?
