Archive improvements

Years ago at a Lotusphere session, a future of Domino archiving was presented.  It included features such as auto roll over when an archive became x size, creating new archives based on a new calendar year, etc.  Overall, mail archive is a useful administration feature in keeping mail databases at a manageable size.  For Domino 12 please consider making improvements to archive a priority.

    This feature is must to have. Normally non IT users are not aware of their archive size, & most of the time, archive corruption reason is large size of archive database which is not supported by the notes client.

Domino Policy, Archiving Criteria on Domino policy Improve flexibility for the Archiving Criteria on domino policy So new criteria could be added. For instance Archive older docs then N days in junction with mail size.
