Why not stop and restart the router task based on daytime?

Why would someone want to block inbound mails in a specific time frame?
What do you mean blocked? Held in mail.box until its ok to deliever them?
Or do you mean reply to sender saying mail cannot be delievered?
What would the point of this be?
