Prevent erroneous (wrong) transmissions

To prevent erroneous (wrong) transmissions, we would like to see the implementation of a function that displays a dialog with a list of recipients and the comment like "Are you sure you are the recipient?" immediately after the Send button is executed, and sends the message after confirmation, as well as a function that allows the administrator to deploy this setting to the client in the form of a policy.

      OH... while of course you can customize the mail template yourself, I understand that you may want to have this in all of the clients. What are other platforms doing, e.g. apple mail on mobile?

      In Japan, sending mail to the wrong person is punishable.We want a warning popup to appear before the email is sent.
