Rebrand Domino - We Love It But The Name Has Been Made Synonymous With Old Tech

It's an uphill battle to sell Domino to new customers when Microsoft and other companies have successfully branded it as dead, old tech and a target for elimination, and we want New Customers, not just making the existing ones happy with features we've been waiting for, if it's to stay and grow

    Agreed. There is more negative sentiment towards Notes than Domino. The way around this is to replace Notes with a greatly simplified UI that assumes no need to maintain continuity with the way the Notes client works. It would also be easier to sell Domino as a NoSQL database layer if it were packaged under a different name.

    I would disagree.  Usually when I say Domino most people don't have a clue what I'm talking about, if I say Notes on the other hand.....
