one of my customer just raised same issue, slow to search needed ones out of 200 thousands of mails - very slow and even client hang.
fuzzy search is more complicated. they wants some actions like 'search in one month' etc.

I have attached screenshot of a notes based tool called fewclick for Notes.
I am looking similar thing to be integrated in Notes client search option.
Just have a look on attached screenshot.
a) It is not possible sort search result. Allow use any column for sorting.
a) Inspire by others (Thunderbird, Google Search etc.).
a) There are no results if I search multiple words, which are inside the documents.
b) Like Google. ;)
Same speed as Verse please.
Can you please provide examples about:
a) what currently takes a lot of time
b) how you would like the search function to work ?
