When "UserA" receive an encrypted email, all other users who has an access to "UserA's" mailfile can also read the encrypted mail.

    No, they can't ... unless they also received the same mail... The mail is encrypted with the public key of the users' Id... only the user can decrypt, otherwise something is very strange with your environment...
