When iNotes_WA_DisableIDLoad=0 is set in that case opening signed mail should not ask for Notes ID password.

If we enable iNotes_WA_DisableIDLoad=1 then we can have signed email opened without notes ID password however it breaks DOMI integration as it needs Notes Id to be downloaded for encryption .

For DOMI Webex integration notes.ini needs to be set as iNotes_WA_DisableIDLoad=0 so the ID file can be downloaded from the Vault and used. However, It causes for Notes ID password prompt when opening signed emails.

This request is for both the functionality should work at the same time.
