In the case of long OOO, e.g. maternity leave , OOO will answer only once that user is away. There should be an option, "send OOO reply to any email" so the user is aware that THIS person is still away.

Ability to disable/remove "IBM Auto Update" Service if "HCL Auto Update" is already running after installation

After upgrading Notes client to later versions (V11.x or V12.x), "IBM Auto Update" service will remain considering " HCL Auto Update" service is already running. There is no way to remove or disable IBM service at this time.
