Integrate DAOS Estimator Tool in Domino

The DAOS Estimator Tool is stil needed to evaluate the benefit of DAOS in Domino , and to evaluate the minimum size for NLOs. Why not deliver the tool within Domino ? It could also reevaluate the current NLOs and advise on a better minimum size.

Mail Journaling, remove unessential design elements from mailjour.ntf
