Local encryption or decryption of files progressbar

When encrypting or decrypting databases in the Notes client. No progressbar is visible and it's hard for the user to understand that the operation is finished.

Auto refresh of Organization Tree if a new user has been added.

As of this writing, the only way to refresh the organization tree in Sametime Client is to do it manually in the client. It will be useful to automatically refresh the list as soon as there's update to keep the list in sync with the user.
