    Disable the use of local signature for all users on Verse

    Customer is looking for a way to disable the local signature for all users (e.g through notes.ini or lotustraveler.nsf setting) for environments with no MDM. This is not necessary on their setup since another application is appending their signature.

    e-mails being forwarded by rule are journaled twice
