Remove Notes Single Sign On from the Notes/Domino product

Please remove Notes Single Sign On from the entire product of Notes/Domino as it is being tagged as a vulnerability by a vulnerability scanner (e.g. Nessus Scanner).

User want to see a log in the console that shows FT_KV_DISABLE_BRUTE_FORCE=1 is working.

If FT_KV_DISABLE_BRUTE_FORCE=1 is set in the notes.ini, it will suppress the indexing of attachments, but user would like to record a message in the console indicating that the indexing of attachments has been suppressed.
