Update Lotus Script Editor for legacy Notes design

When editing lotus script for form or view event, we have to use the interface like legacy notes designer. Please update it like script library editer. I would like to use pop-up help and my classes with type-ahead in the legacy design.

Buttons aligment in action bar

In the action bar there is an option "Aligment" to align buttons at left or right. If I have form content centered, I miss the option to start align buttons at center or set the left margin of action bar. Could you please implement some option?

Stop toolbars from moving

I think this bug has existed since V8. If you position the toolbars to where you want them the next time you open the designer client they move back to where they were. This still happens in 9 FP10 and Notes 10.

Ability to copy data entries and edit to reuse and resubmit
