Option to increase size of Action bar icon

There is requirement from customer to increase the size of Action bar icons. So request you to provide some provision/option to increase size of icons in Notes Action Bar

Under "Help \ Support" menu, add some actions like : "Compact local databases", "Download and apply policies", "Purge recent contacts", ... Better user experience than restarting client and/or adding temporary values in notes.ini.

Calendar Entries Should be able to change from weekly to monthly and vice versa

Or any repeating meeting basically should be able to be edited to change the frequency without having to delete the existing one and send a new one. AA's the world over will love you for fixing this problem.

Notes Client can create/design Views, but not modify them later within the Notes client
