A graphical representation of number of users accessing a particular database at a time , We have options to see the user activitiy in the DB properties but user wants to know the number of users accessing the DB at a time

User registration process: create mail file at the END

Let the mail file being created at the very end of the successful process, not at the beginning. If registration fails somehow (e.g. ID Vault errors etc.) a mail file is completely useless and it just consumes time until the errors occur.

To save iNotes messages as individual files
