Yes, you can add users to "deny access", but that does not prevent smtp mails from routing.
Yes, you can remove the internetaddress.
But why have 6 clicks to do both, when you can just have one click (or two maybe) to deactivate the account.
Just put the user name into a deny access group and/or delete the user. Case closed.
Simple option to disable/deactivate/block a user account including option not to received incoming emails.
