Enable option "exactMatch" in embedded view with Show Single Category

Using embedded views with option "Show Single Category" is buggy when there are categories beginning with identical substrings. See here:

It is even worse if the categories are sorted descending. Then the results are even more unexpected. In the example in my attached screenshots, there is a view with categories "120" and "12". In the form with the embedded view, only the documents of category "120" are displayed even though there IS category "12" in the view.

I know that there are workarounds like described in the link but 1. it's a workaround, not a solution and 2. you need to know in the first place that a workaround is necessary which is not obvious.

Long story short: Please give us an "exact match" option like in other lookups.
