Update IDVault (Rename/Recert) without user intervention

Post re-certification from Person document a client log in from Notes client  using the id file is needed which would get the renewed certificated and back update it in the Id vault as well.

Customer would need this scenario where users don't use notes client and only rely on inotes. And all of a sudden when need Notes id after a long where it is expired in Id vault.It creates issue.
