Allow export of Access Control List from the acl i/f

There are at least 2 situations where exporting the entries in the ACL would be useful:

1) Sometimes, after adding individuals to the ACL of a db, you determine that it's time it needs as security group.

2) you want to review all the entries in the ACL in a better format then the ACL i/f.

I write an agent to do this and export it to a .csv file but it would be nice if I didn't have to do that.

    Moreover, part of the code has already been written - "Copy ACL" in Notes Administrator.
