Ability to edit Mailrule Action in Notes

Only Verse has the ability to edit actions in a mailrule. We would like to edit mailrule-actions also in the Notes client.

Do not automatically create a workspace icon for every database you open. Make it optional or by setting

As an Admin, you open several databases/mailfiles on a daily base. Your Workspace will get chaotic because it's entirely filled up with icons. I would like to have the ability to NOT create the icons automatically.
