It's not only the umlaut.
It's the same if there is for example a # in the username.
Basic Notes works, Standard does not start.
It worked until Notes 9 or 10 (not sure).
Notes 12.0.2 also does not work correctly under a Windows user with umlauts.
The following error appears when setting up for the first time: Error first start.jpg
The second start then works.
Then notes have problems to read the config. For example, the language settings are then not correct everywhere:
A german user with umlauts.
A german User without umlauts.
I don't know where the error is still affecting.
Please find a solution to the problem!

The problem still exists with notes v 12.0.2.
